Blue Day: To reinforce the concept of colour and to introduce the blue in a fun and engaging way a Blue Day activity was organised on Friday 27th June, 2025 for both JR. K.G. and SR. K.G.

K.G. had thumb printing activity. Teachers called the children one by one and applied blue colour on their thumb. Children stamped their thumb on the chart paper to show raindrops below the clouds. All the children enjoyed the activity and had fun. Same activity was done in their workbook with the help of the teachers. Teachers distributed sweets to all the children.

K.G. teachers gave a brief introduction about the colour blue and its significance in Nature (like the sky, the colour of the uniform, hair band and oceans). Art and craft activity was done using paper plate, blue colour crape paper roll, 2 googly eyes, fevicol and wax crayons. To make a creative ocean creature Jelly fish. Photos were clicked on the school ground with blue day backdrop. Overall, the Blue Day activity was a great success. It helped in enhancing the children’s recognition of the colour blue and encouraged creativity, confidence and participation. The joyful faces of the children made the day truly memorable.
