Rejoice in the festival of lights

Diwali assembly was conducted by class VII B with the help of their class teacher, Tr. Annette and Tr. Pranali.

“Light represents God’s presence and spells the darkness illumines” so is Mother Veronica- The foundress of Apostolic Carmel: A beacon of light to all.

The picture of Venerable Mother Veronica was garland  by Sr. Nathalia Mary, followed by our Manager Sr. Gunvanti, Tr. Pranali, Sir Sunil, Arvind uncle and student’s representative Prisha Patil to kindle the auspicious lamp.

As one of the gems from Mother Veronica rightly states : Be Constant in Prayer.

The assembly began with a short prayer service followed by a short skit on :” It’s the little things that matter the most.”

The earth is our home and the nature is a beautiful gift to us by the Almighty. A short inspirational video on celebrating Eco- friendly Diwali was shown. Last but not the least, Dance is the hidden language of the soul, the students performed a wonderful dance.

The message conveyed through the assembly was to dispel the darkness and negativity around us that hinders our life and bring about the triumph of goodness and positivity around us with the brightness of God’s light.
