The family orientation for Std IX & X was conducted on 17th October 2015. The resource person was Fr. John Fargose, the parish priest of St. Thomas Church, Sandor. The theme of the orientation was “The Role of Family in the growth of Children.”
The orientation began with a short prayer service conducted by the teachers of Std IX & X. Fr. John then took over and shared his valuable thoughts with some examples which were very enlightening. This was followed by an interaction with the parents where some parents came up with certain queries regarding their children.
Father concentrated on the wholesome development of the child and also stressed that communication with the children played a very important role in developing the personality of a child. Thus the orientation concluded with the vote of thanks at 11.00 am.
