The Science Club for the academic year 2024 -25 was inaugurated on 24th September, 2024.
It was an event based on Mission “Building a greener Future Together.”
We started the inauguration by requesting our Principal Sister Joviana to plant a sapling of Mimosa plant which is becoming extinct in our surrounding.
We had a prayer service followed by Welcoming the Science Club members students of std 6 to 9.
The Ceremony Continued further by Unveiling the Logo which simplifies the key elements.
Hands : Individuals responsibility of every person for Sustainable Development.
Green Coloured Earth : World heading towards environment friendly alternatives.
Leaves : Need for green vegetation for balancing oxygen in the atmosphere.
Objectives of science club were discussed.
Our Principal Sr. Joviana Fernandes addressed the gathering by appreciating the efforts of Trs. Baleja, Swapnali, Sharon , Joyce and Christina.
Sir Francis also gave some ideas of various activites which we can conduct in school.
